Default PatchedSFC_os.dll

I suspect this file, it could be an infection. I never heard of it unless
you enlighten us more about, it seem to em fishy file!

If you mean SFC-os.dll it can be either a legitimate file ( windows file) or
a viral infection. You didn't tell us where the prompt coming from, is it
Mcafee or windows prompt in the like of Event viewer or security
manager..etc.

Try to scan for malware and viruses and let us know your findings:
