Why not give Microsoft Encoder 4 Free version a try. It used to run on
XP when I was using it. I also have it in Windows 10. It's one of the
best around as far as I can see.

Youtube video is not as good as getting the instructions for using
MS Encoder. I will search for the program, WinXP version.
