Sometimes I design labels for people, using MSoft
Publisher.

But they know only MSoft Word, and will accept
only this.

I convert the label into PDF and then into MSoft
Word.

How can I convert from Publisher to Word in just
one step?

Peter

'Save As' option allows you to save as pdf, doc and many more formats.

The .doc and .docx formats will only save the text, no images.

You're right Mick. I forgot.
I usually save mine in .pdf for those who don't have M$Pub and .jpg if they
are to go on a website. Everybody should be able to open .pdf and open OR
edit .jpg to some extent.

Yes, pdf is a common format that everyone should be able to read.
The original posters client wanting the file in Word format is just
laziness on their part not wanting to learn other ways AFAIKS.
