Default Delete RealPlayer downloads

Either try rebooting and going to that folder immediately and trying again
to delete the files - do not start Real Player before attempting this.

If this fails, try downloading and installing the neat [small + free]
program "Unlocker" which, once installed, should pop-up in response to any
"Access denied - make sure the disk is not full or write-protected" error
messages automatically.

Then press on the "Unlock All" button to free your files for whatever
operation (rename, move, delete, etc.,) that you wanted to perform on the
file[s]

Download the "Unlocker" program by clicking on the link below :

....or go to the official developer's website :

When I try to delete downloads from the folder My Documents/My
Videos/RealPlayer Downloads I get an "Access Denied - Make sure that the
disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not in use"
error.

When I delete the file from the library in RealPlayer, it deletes there
but
the file does not disappear from the folder.

How can I get these files out of that folder?
