Well, it was a good guess, but it doesn't seem
to work. Reading online it looks like this may be a bug.
One place suggests adjusting ActiveWndTrkTimeout
in the Registry. I did that, setting it to 20 seconds.
No luck. In any case, I should need to adjust the
time it takes for mouse to grab focus if I haven't
enabled that functionality in the first place.
Maybe I have a faulty mouse pad, but it seems to be
a Windows problem. I have to be careful to stop the
mouse only on neutral areas. Otherwise I'm likely
to inadvertently click a button, open a file, or
change a setting.
