It was interesting to see how it's changed, and also how it's not much
different than win xp. I can't see anything special about it.

Win-10-nic and "Ape" (8) are 2D FLATTY McFLATFACE FLATSO, where XP and 7
are 3D skeuomorphic, particularly with respect to dialog controls,
window decorations (borders, buttons in the title bar, etc.) and overall
appearance. I'm _NO_ fan of "the Metro" look, I don't like bright blue
on blindingly bright white, and "settings" screens are much harder to
use than the 'Control Panel' equivalents.

If it wasn't for specific software that needs windows I'd never use it.
