Get an anti-virus and anti-spyware tools. Then, scan for
all possible
virus / spyware infestation and clean up your system. PCs
with
viruses / spywares on it will slow down. You should never
run any PC
without virus / spyware and Internet security protect since
viruses/
spywares "hunt" for new PCs to infest.
