I waited until the Action Center icon appeared and then
clicked the Malwarebytes icon but it's not opening there's
just the busy circle. I'm afraid its hung up again. This is
getting worst and worst where I can't even open up a
application.

I selected restart and this time it worked and gave me a
normal boot. The first in awhile.

I wait a bit longer and try it again.
