Default How to: Prevent Zip folders from opening on download

I don't have the Advanced option. Now what?

I clicked the wrong thing, and can't return to normal. When I
download a zip folder, I DO NOT want it to open automatically. I
want the dialog box that gives me the option to save it to disk.
I've lost that option. How do I get it back?
