Default Problems with windows search

I've already done that but still I cannot find anything I search for in my
downloads folder?

I moved my download folder to my larger Erive and off of my smaller SSD
boot disk. So File Explorer is more or less just pointing to E:\downloads
Now when I search for files in my Download folder search comes back as 'Not
Found' when I know the file is there.
Anyone have any ideas what is going on here?

When I go directly to the E:\downloads folder search works fine.

Any help please?

In windows explorer, go to the "Download" library, right click and
select properties, select the "location" tab and use the "Find Target"
button to change the location to your new E: drive folder.
