I was wondering if that's _all_ it does - seems likely, as it's "only"
244 KB. Quoting from the above article,
When offered, the update will be unselected, but will state it is an
update to "resolve issues in Windows" rather than one that just displays
"End of Life" notifications. Therefore users may select it thinking it
contains bug fixes.
It certainly has appeared, in Optional, unticked; unusually, in italics;
on my system it says "2019-03 Update for Windows 7 for x86-based Systems
(KB4493132) Download size: 244 KB"
and on the right it does indeed say "Install this update to resolve
issues in Windows.", which, if all it does is do the nagging, is
dishonest.
