You have insufficient memory. You really need 512 mb. Your system is
using the pagefile quite a bit.

Your machine would be better without Norton Internet Security. I would
replace it with:

AVG 7.5 Freeware for anti-virus

and

Windows Defender (also free) for anti-spyware
