Hello,

I have Windows XP SP3 Home Edition on my Dell Vostro 1700 laptop for a
couple of years.

Yesterday while browsing the web, the laptop suddenly froze and I
rebooted
the system by pressing the power button for a few seconds since the
Shutdown
option did NOT work.

Once I rebooted I got some error messages like the following one.

1) When I start any application by clicking on my desktop icons, I get
the
same error message with just different program files pathname based on
the
application name. So that proves the problem is not with AVG.....

2) I cannot access any programs from "Start" - "All Programs" interface
either........It shows all applications but clicking on them doesnt do
anything.....

3) I canot shutdown Windows XP .......Everytime I have to press the power
button to reboot......


Can some one suggest how to fix these problems........

Try running Malwarebytes from Safe Mode.

Yesterday while you browsing the web a Micware kill your antivirus and
internet security software!
