It's working now tho.
I was using /background instead of /quit.
And I didn't know if Windows still requires quotes surrounding everything.

Usually it requires quotes around anything with spaces in the name or
sometimes names with special characters.

"Program Files (x86)", yes.

"C:\Users\UID\Desktop\f.hc" not so much.
