Looks like Symantec let a virus on your machine.
Better have your machine scanned for virii.

Just to add to Wesley's advice...when you find the file, right
click on it and view its properties. That often contains enough
information to give you at least a good clue of where the file came
from.

It's almost certainly a virus or spyware.
