M'colleague used to have dangerously low blood pressure like you - he passed out a few times. No fix for that either, except they noticed he used to run marathons then stopped when he got older. Apparently it's bad for you to suddenly decrease exercise. He was told to go to the gym regularly, and if he wanted to become more lazy, he must do so gradually. He's fine now. I very much doubt they fixed your blood pressure with a drip in one day. If anything they'd have to regularly give you drugs or the problem would simply come back.
