Paint is distributed with all copies of Window$. Why bother with PDF?


And what output options does Paint have ?

On an older OS, you might be limited to .bmp .

The SnippingTool defaults to .png on a save,
but appears to support some other options. I'm
pretty happy with .png , and can post-process
the capture from there (in GIMP).
