To save others time (and the Chinglish or whatever!), it just say to set
browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML
to true under about
:config, with
browser.bookmarks.file
setting where it saves it if you want it to be other than in your
profile, though possibly only on older versions (one of the followup
comments says it still works up to his version 46).
