November 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and
Windows
Server 2012 R2:

See the article for new features and improvements.

It doesn't like my machine (Win8.1Pro x64, all other prerequisite
updates
installed) :-( I've tried 3 times now to download and install it
through
WAU, and I keep getting a 80070002 error. I tried the suggested
solutions to
no avail. Maybe I'll just download the update and install it
manually. Or
not . . .

Same error here. Did the fixit and even did a suggested steps to
stop WU and delete files and then start WU again.
Nothing works. Now it won't download it, I waiting 4 minutes and
only got 4%.

I'm going to do this another day. It is optional, and from the looks
of what it fixes, doesn't look like much I need.

Same here. I tried again after doing the fixit and other solutions like
you did, and after ~15 minutes of downloading, it started the
installation. That got almost to the end and it threw the same error at
me again. I ran the same fixit steps again, then manually downloaded the
update file, tried again, and STILL got the same error :-( I'm with you-
I don't think I need it THAT bad :-)

Download manually, select only the first 1/2, then install.
Reboot. Install the first 1/2 of the second half. Ditto.
At least continuing this process narrows down the trouble maker(s)
I found that on some systems, installing the trouble maker last
actually worked!
