Is any one else having problems with the new disk clean up in Windows 10

Whenever I have tried to clean the disk it seems to get caught in a loop
during the cleaning process and the CPU usage is very high. After
waiting up to 10 minutes and watching the task manage it never seems to
finish.

This is not just on my laptop (i7 dual core, 8GB ram and 1TB disk), but
also on my desktop(i5 four core, 8GB of ram, and a 2 TB disk). The 1TB
disk has nearly 75% free space and the 2TB disk the with more free space.
