Has Windows XP SP2 been issued yet?
I get on the MS site and I am not sure if I have already

Yes... the final version was released to the general public on August 25.
(I'm pretty sure that was the day anyway.)

The easy way to find out if you already have it is go to Start-- Run ---
type WINVER and hit enter. The second line should have the word "Service
Pack 2" if you have it. (Note: you may see "sp2" listed there due to some
of the recent patches but if you don't see "Service Pack 2" actually written
in full anywhere in there, then you don't have it.)
