No you don't need any 3rd party uninstallers. They cause more problems
than you asked for so stay away from them.

You just need to master how to use and tame Windows 10 and it will do
everything for you magically. Windows 10 is the best OS around so make
use of it while you have access to it. The alternatives are worst to
put people off from using modern technologies.

I have to agree with this. I notice that things in Windows 10 are
working better than they ever have before because I decided not to use
Ccleaner at all. Not only does it not automatically remove the junk on
the HD, it doesn't clean the registry either and things are fantastic.
If anything ever seems sluggish, I can use the built-in Disk Clean to
remove the junk in a way that Windows recognizes and can handle.
