Windows Messenger Connects using the .NET framework in Windows XP. This framework keeps your settings, or profile connecting to all websites supporting it. Windows Messenger runs off this and keeps you logged on, as you would be logged into windows. Log
ging into Windows using a .NET login and password keep you in the .NET realm until your PC is fast asleep. I saw some posts stating to remove it from windows. . .sounds like a plan to me.
