Default How do I Turn Off Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar?

I wasn't lookvng in the right place. The "Microsoft Office Shrortcut Bar" is
a part of Office XP. Actually the thing that made me realize it wasn't part
of Windows XP was somthing you said in your note.

Thanks,
Don J

Press CTRL/ALT/DEL to open the task manager, select
processes and select "office" end process.
To keep it from starting, Start/all programs/startup/ delete
it.
or Start/run/msconfig and uncheck it on the startup page.

| I've turned on Microsoft Office (XP) Shortcut Bar and now
don't know how to
| turn it off. I've looked at Microsoft Office Inside-Out
(which is a
| Microsoft Publication). It does't have it in the index..
I've gone to the
| MS knowledgebase and can't find it there. Is there anyone
out there who can
| tell me how to turn it off.
