Default Problems Saving!!

Hi Panzy,

Ok, tried the link you provided but it doesn't specify anything but music
file conversions, didn't see any file types associated with movies on the
list. Can you verify for me?

My apoligies, I should have specified the links to left on the site
Click on link: "free video converter 2.0"
But if that is for some reason too tricky for you, here are alternative
download sites:
http://download.cnet.com/Koyote-Free...html?tag=mncol

http://www.zdnetasia.com/downloads/p...385409s,00.htm

Also:
This is a screenshot of it
http://www.freewarebox.com/screensho...converter.html

Also, tried saving one 32mb .mwv file at a time. Still wouldn't
save...same
problem with not enough space, lost file, etc. error. Then I tried
splitting
the .mwv file into first...two 16mb files, then I tried splitting those
into
two 8mb files...and it STILL wouldn't save them. So, considering it's
splitting a 32mb file into 4 8mb files and it still won't save them, I
dunno
what the problem can be. If I have 30gb of space on my computer, that
should
leave plenty of memory to save this small of a file.

What exactly is a .mwv file? Do you mean .mov or .wmv?
I now suspect you are trying to import incompatible file formats into WMM.
,mov is not compatible with Win Movie Maker.
Download, install and use the Free Video Converter - It is not that tricky
to
navigate the links in the original link I supplied, or get it from the other
links I've now supplied.
Import into FreeVideo Converter one of your .mov files.
(Just one small clip for now so as you can get used to the software
and experiment with producing a clip that is *compatible* with WMM)
Use The Koyote software Free Video Converter to produce an AVI file
Select AVI in the left column, leave the default settings which will show
for an AVI the codec will be "MS-Mpeg4-V2"
That will produce a clip that is definately compatible with Win Movie Maker.
Then import that into WMM and produce a WMV clip.
Once you have produced an AVI with the free software, then from that AVI
used WMM to produce a WMV.
It will work.
Now you will know how to do it and what file types are compatible.
Now Open FreeVideo Converter, import all your .mov files, ensure you
select to produce AVI's with the MS-Mpeg4-V2 codec.
You can experiment with bitrate, size, and aspect etc.
Once you have converted your .mov files to AVI, import those into WMM
Then produce an WMV from those AVI's plus your jpeg image WMV
from the finished WMV, now produce a final WMV with the music added.
