There isn't a way to get all the updates.

You can get a cd from Microsoft that has them through Oct 2003, but that's
all. And even then, that's just the security updates, not the patches / bug
fixes.

You can go over to WindowsUpdate and download them all yourself and put them
onto a cd.

Eventually M$ will release SP2 and I think it's extremely likely they'll
make that available on a CD. And probably even readily available in stores
etc. to encourage the regular people to install the patches.
