The SP2 build you have is only available to authorised persons under certain
programs operated by Microsoft.
If you re in one of those programs then you already have the appropriate
information for the correct location to post technical queries too. You
should also be aware that public dissuasion of the technologies or software
being made available to you under these programs in a public newsgroups such
as this is a breach of the legal Non Disclosure Agreement you signed to
participate in those programs.

If however you have downloaded a pre release service pack from an
unauthorised non Microsoft source then you have no right to assistance in
this group.
Please remove it and continue to use Windows Update until we officially
release the final product.

You cannot remove this on screen item - it is cosmetic only and will be
removed from the final product. It in no way impacts the functionality of
the OS or the SP.
