Default XP Home based on Win ME but XP Pro based on NT ?

One question. Why are you still using XP??

Just to see why people are having problems installing program,
and to see the weirdo operating system.
Fancy icons don't impress me, 70% of the population
suffer poor vision, add novice to it, then good luck.
Yes pro you and pro Gates should have no problem,
but you saying screw every body else.
70% of the people don't know how to configure a simple
VCR.
Those high tech gadgets might be fun for people that
have nothing else to do. And surely are not for the
busy business man and busy people.
Yes, people continue to buy computers, but after
buying them, they become an unusable fixture
in the house for many.

You have to be a professional user, to run both home and pro.

What also worse, for the littlest problem, the computer
shuts down. Who is the stupid person that thought
shutting the computer down in the middle of your
work is a great idea.
Works perfect with MS Office, that thing never ran
right from day one, getting errors with office is a very
common thing, if you don't save your work, then you are
going to loose your work when the computer shuts down.

(Never ever had a shut-down or problems with Office)

I use to help people run their computer, I don't
do it no more, XP has so many bugs is unbelievable,
they make you a service pack, and the darn thing
fixes some bugs but adds big new bugs.

(Never caused any problems for me)

main rant snipped

Apparently another one who doesn't follow MS instructions, only thinks he
knows all, so goes his own merry way with installs, upgrades & patches,

then
complains when things go wrong.

One question. Why are you still using XP??
