Since you can access the site using broadband, I don't
think that it's
a problem with IE6. I know of one possible XP problem,
and I'd like
to see if it's what's happening.
The next time that you connect by dial-up and can't
access
www.juno.com, open a command prompt Window and enter
this command:
route print route.txt
Then post a news group reply and with a copy of the
contents of the
"route.txt" file that the command creates.
