I am using Win 10, and I have an audio issue!

I often have several Chrome browser windows open at one time. On
occasion I want to listen to the audio, albeit from just one selected
site. When I turn my speakers on, I often learn that Some Other site
is already playing (unwanted) audio

Can I prevent All sites from using my speakers, until I specifically
select that site for playback? How?
