Under Performance tab at taskbar, I can see a network graphic and
information about wifi network activity that shows permanent sending
activity, even when I'm not using the wifi network. I found I can stop it if
I go to Firewall properties and block Outbound connections, but then I can't
use internet. Do you have the same issue?
