It has a WiaDiagnosis tool in the Files tree. Which
suggests your scanner might have to appear in the
WIA window, to qualify as a device to use for scanning.

The web page also lists .NET, which may account for the
relatively small size of the download. I didn't see
a mention of what level of .NET it needs.

And I have no idea what standards exist for printing,
to be able to tell whether there is anything magical
about the print driver requirements.

Since it's free, just test it.

Note that sourceforge can wrap downloads in adware,
so use the usual amount of caution during unpack/install.
