The absence of the References header shows Lurie started a NEW thread
while pretending it was a reply rather than replying to his existing

Sorry, but some quirk in the software or programming prevents me from
sending a reply by hitting 'Reply' after typing the text. The way I did
it was a work-around that I hoped you would accept.
