Default Toshiba M18

A 'work around' to the language issue.

If you have 2 machines, able to be connected by ethernet cable, do s and
'network' them.

Once networked ensure that the chinese langauge machine is set to allow
SHARING of the entire hard drive.

On your machine right click on the C Drive of the chinese machine, choose
MAP NETWORKED DRIVE, assign it drive letter S, for argument sake.

Once 'mapped' you can open up the AV application on your machne and then
scan 'your' S Drive for viruses.

There is something that might help, at least in theory (understand I speak only Australian).

Export this key from your registry and merge it in his. If bad things happen just delete the key.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell NoRoam\MUICache

This is a cache of the language read from the files. But with chinese who knows what will happen - it would work for western languages to some degree.

You can't. Only the english version can morph language. And only large companies can buy the files to do so.
