Default Cannot Uninstall Program

I have a program (Advanced Registry Optimizer)on my computer which

uninstall a sign pops up that says "Program does not exist cannot
uninstall".

Does anyone know how I can uninstall the program, I`ve even ran System
Restore and that didn`t help.

Have you looked in the c program files program name for an uninstall
file? *Might be there, assuming you didn't try to just delete before you
tried add/remove.
