Default memory exception error

The most important thing to include, when asking for advice on an error
message, is it's identifying error code and exact description.

Not allot can be done for you without it.

Plus, including details of what exactly you were doing at the time, may
also be helpful...

From time to time I get a memory exception error. What is it & what
should do about it? (XP SP2)

Doing what? Running what?

Why Windows XP Service Pack 2? SP3 has been out for years.
Is it 32 or 64 bit Windows XP?
Windows XP Home or Professional or Media Center or other?

Can you be MUCH more specific about the error?
