The digital license doesn't always seem to "take" on reinstallation.
This just happened on a PC I had to reload that had been previously
upgraded online from Win10 Home to Pro through the Microsoft Store. The
installation would not recognize the Pro license. It was necessary to
contact Microsoft Support to get it sorted out.
