You could start by using File Explorer, and in the View options
are a bunch of tick boxes. There should be a tick box there
for showing the hidden folders.

I already showed a picture which proves even Administrator has no access.

In fact, I wouldn't ask you this question if it was easily that simple.

While it may turn out to be that simple in the end, certainly it doesn't
appear to be that simple.
