Got the video. The usable portion is 640x328 or so.

File size was 2,035,969,515 for format 22.

A pass through a movie tool to crop off the 3/4 portion
of screen which is unusable, ought to fix it.

The remaining effective resolution makes it WinTV quality.

Remember that when Internet video started, we oohed
and awed over 160x120, and this is way better than that.

It looks like a football game of some sort.
