Default ZenBook: Who Is Sitting On "D:" ?

It's right there in the screen cap that you posted. Your DVD drive is
currently using "D:".

Right click on the DVD drive and change its drive letter to something else,
then you'll be able to right click on your data partition and change its
letter to D:.
