BTW, I've tried "t-clock", but it's not even close to the same functionality.

I don't want to have any association with the Windows task bar clock at all.
o Not even to set the task bar clock to multiple different time zones.

I want to be completely divorced from Windows, where ClocX is perfect.
o The only problem with ClocX is it doesn't have a small digital display
