Has anyone reading here used a commercial product called Disk
Drill to recover data?

Yep, amongst others. So long as you understand it's
limitations, it's a useful program.

Thanks. How much did you pay for YOUR licence, Dustin?

That has what to do with your question?

It's a test of your honesty, Dustin.

I fail to see how disclosing a dollar amount to you results in a
passing or failing grade.

Let me re-phrase my question, Dustin.

I didn't have any trouble with your question the first, or second
time you asked. I have no trouble interpreting it the third time,
either.

Did you PAY for the product or did you STEAL it?

How much I paid for it and when is your business how, exactly?

If it helps, I didn't mislead them for a student license. Unlike what
you did with another company that you proceeded to besmirch and slime
after they wisely, stopped responding to your emails and other
inquires. Did you try getting personal (don't bother, I already know
you did) with the individuals you contacted via email as well? You
tried it on me, too. And I suspect you do the same routine with
everyone you reach out to via email; asking for help and then getting
real nosy with the individual.

Which I find to be interesting in and of itself. When I stopped
responding to your emails, you tried to dox me on usenet. When they
stopped responding to your emails; you couldn't very well dox them
because nobody took the time to give you that information to abuse
yet, so you did the next best thing in your eyes, you slimed them on
usenet.

As I've told you, previously, all drunkards behave the same way, they
all have tell tale signs. Years before I had confirmation, I already
strongly suspected you had/still have a drinking problem.

You continue doing the things you do to various people and small
companies only because one or more individuals and/or companies
hasn't really pressed the issue with your local police as much as
they should. My upcoming new years resolution is to give them all the
information they need along with strong encouragement to join myself
and several others that I already know for a fact have reached out to
your devon/cornwall police with limited effect, so far.

If enough of us complain and cite evidence showing what you're doing,
at the very least, it's an already existing paper trail in the event
one or more of us parts with some hard earned cash to come after you
in a legal manner.

The idea is pretty simple really; complain and continue complaining
to your local coppers until they get off their lazy british asses and
come have another talk with you. If they continue ignoring us, heh,
that's just going to get them in hot water legally with you when one
or more of us goes through proper legal channels here and gets
someone with official status in LE to talk to your cops on our
behalf.

Your saving grace so far seems to be their reluctance to do anything
about someone issuing complaints for you for stalking from across the
pond as a private citizen. They may not be so passive if a police
officer or someone who outranks them from across the same pond
reaches out instead. Cyber stalking is real, it's no joke, and my
country has passed new felony level laws against it. Last time I
checked, your country does comply with our laws concerning you
breaking them.

Copyright infringement is also a growing concern, primarily backed by
the RIAA, but even us tiny persons do benefit from some of the new
laws they're passing and working on getting passed. You might find
yourself on the receiving end of multiple lawsuits for your willfully
repeated copyright infringing activities. You're guilty as ****, I
saved ALL of your youtube comments and usenet posts taunting me.
Admitting it was my property, that you had no permission to upload it
anyplace, admitting you knew this all, and uploaded it anyway. Then,
daring me to do something about it.

And you did this multiple times with my media. You've passed copies
of it around asking others to help you with it, and you've tried to
use it along with another of my personal pictures to try and stalk
me. You've solicited the help from others in further stalking
efforts; I saved those threads too, David.

All of your bull**** is going to come to an end in one of the
following ways for you at some point. And, I suspect it's going to be
a lot sooner than later, David. Atleast in so far as the second
option. The one I'd prefer is used.

(1) You'll voluntarily stop
(2) One or more of us will finally get the ear of the right person in
your police department and you'll finally have to pay the piper.
(3) You'll ****ing die and we'll never see another post of any kind
from you.
