I thought I had the same problem. What I found was that
Internet Explorer wasn't allowing a pop up window to
happen and then it wouldn't do anything. So, if you try
again, watch just under the address bar and you might see
a message saying it blocked a pop up window. Click on it
and say to run the ActiveX scripts and it will carry on
like normal. Hope this helps you.
