I decided to run HDTune on the 780
and the first scan shows allot of
spikes!

I ran the scan several times after
which usually showed something similar
to the second scan results.

So what caused the spiking? I did
accidentally touch the keyboard once
during testing. Could that be it?

Thoughts/suggestions?
