Tips for avoiding prompts from OE about default email client:
- Under Tools Accounts Mail: remove all accounts.
- If using Outlook for email, start OE by using the Outlook menu for "Read
News" (or similar wording) - or - edit the target line of an OE shortcuts
and add the switch "/outnews" (without quotes) at the end of the command
line.
