Curretnly running XP pro with SP 1 and all post SP-1 patches applied.

Running IE 6 SP 1 with all post SP1 patches applied.

This has happened to me before. Cannot access any secure (i.e.
https://.......) web sites. I always get a error cannot be displayed return
window as if the web site is not available.

Usually I wait for the next major SP to fix it, but is anyone has some words
of wisdom, let me know.
