So hibernation is set to NEVER for both AC and Battery

So how do I delete hiberfil.sys ???

Another notable way to save a lot of space:

Disable hibernation.
Disable swap file or put one only on a non-C drive.

Having done those things, hiberfil.sys and
pagefile.sys can be deleted from C drive.
