When i'm installing the new version of windows live messenger 9 (build
14.0.8050.1202) , i have the error.......
I downloadig and installing the msxml3 , and with run, i make
(Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll) , but the problem exist..
Can you help me pls ?

I have winxp sp3
