Default No video when playing DVD

Oh yes. Now that I've installed PowerDVD, Pinnacle TV Center is shot.
I've experienced this problem many times.

That's why I image C: before trying a major new software. I keep my data
on F:. If it doesn't work out, I restore C:.

Even better, I use bootitng, so I can copy C:, boot the copy, and
experiment on the copy to see if it goes ok.

But to do that you have to work in chunks much smaller than the hard
drive size.
