I do not think I would care to be one of your neighbours or a customer
of your WISP
Your WISP is possibly acting illegally and certainly incompetently by
allowing an outsider access to their customers private information.
If you are so concerned about privacy; why do you retain those persons
details?
You are acting like those you complain about.
